We offer a range of machinery that meet your requirements within 20-500 kW and are energy-efficient with flexible system architecture.
These include Induction generator-equipped turbines, Synchronous alternator-equipped turbines to Multi-module, Multi-stage condensing-extraction/injection turbines.
By understanding the criticality and viability of the machinery, we have effectively developed small turbines that run at high speeds.
As opposed to the conventional turbine standards, the incidental power flow rates are limited to ~1 – 8 TPH.
Our high-speed turbines run at about 99.5% uptime and are built with premium materials to ensure the longevity and reliability of the equipment.
Since the turbine diameter is inversely proportional to shaft speed, we use shaft speed ~4 times the conventional speed. By doing so, the turbine size is reduced to 1/4th, and turbine weight to about 1/8th of a typical low-speed turbine.
We uniquely optimise the blading of the ECT for each customer in order to maximize efficiency. The whole process is completed within 60 — 80 hours, inclusive of engineering and manufacturing time.
It combines the efficiency advantages of engineered turbomachinery with short lead times, more common to “parts-bin” blading.
The ECT rotor disc is machined as a single piece from a solid stainless-steel forging (material 17 — 4 PH), with blades and discs integrated. A “blisk” is this multi-axis milled integrally bladed disc.
Our blisk method of construction yields an extremely robust rotor capable of withstanding loads at 150% over-speed. This contrasts to the blade-release overspeed of <50% for the conventional, inserted blade designs, making it all the more efficient and reliable.
We have developed and custom-designed an integral gearbox for ECT application the turbine rotor. It is directly mounted on the gearbox’s high-speed (input) shaft, with no turbine-module bearings necessary.
This integral gearbox eliminates several critical parts making it simple to use, reliable and cost-efficient.
The ECT is mounted on a single, rigid, manufactured carbon-steel skid and includes an entire lubrication system.
It also features a rubber AVM, which eliminates any civil work at the customer site and enables alignment with steam lines simple, reaction-free, and really a “plug-and-play.”
TurboTech ECT comes with user-friendly PLC- based controls that display all instructions on an LCD screen in simple English.
The design is analogous to starting a car and demands minimal operator training.

We at TurboTech use a holistic approach and aim for Sustainability in everything we do, including product development, production, logistics, and customer service. Sustainability allows us to develop products in collaboration with our environment and society. We see technology as a tool for enhancing our lives, protecting our ecosystem, and preserving natural resources for future generations.
We believe in green energy. It benefits both the firm and the environment, as well as our society, in the long run. Our planet's natural resources are limited. We deliberately intend to utilise them responsibly, conserve them for the future, and safeguard our environment, humanity, and all living organisms on Earth. Sustainability is the only road ahead for developing products and services that meet our current requirements while also equipping future generations.
We are proud of this, and we will always ensure that all of our products are technically superior, with a continual focus on energy efficiency, lowering carbon emissions, and making our planet greener through technology that reduces greenhouse gases. Our proven record sets us apart as premier steam turbine suppliers globally.
Along with the core products, our lifestyle encourages a low footprint with consistent, conscious effort. We have grown an organic fruit garden and > 200 trees on our campus, enough to ensure our manufacturing plant has a carbon-neutral environment. Furthermore, all the biowaste is used to fertilize plants. Additionally, the majority of our employees use company transport, contributing to green drive.
This way, we take our moral obligation towards future generations and demonstrate our commitment to ensure a safe and sustainable future.
